How I show up.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients in Washington, Oregon, and California. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a relational, trauma-informed perspective to our work.
My approach draws on attachment-focused, person-centered, and relational therapy. I value a collaborative relationship with clear professional boundaries and room for honest feedback.
I welcome neurodivergent individuals, including those who self-identify, and aim to understand each person’s unique experience rather than rely on assumptions.
