Teen therapy · Ages 14–18
School. Friends. Big feelings.
Room for all of it.
Maybe you’re holding it together at school and exhausted afterward. Maybe getting started feels impossible, or people keep misunderstanding you. We can talk about what’s happening without expecting you to explain it perfectly.

Does any of this feel familiar?
You don’t need a perfect explanation. We’ll take time to understand your experience together.
- You want to do the homework, but getting started feels stuck.
- Noise, crowds, changes, or expectations leave you overwhelmed.
- Friendships feel confusing, lonely, or hard to keep up with.
- Your feelings get big, or you’re hard on yourself afterward.
- You’re figuring out what ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD means for you.
- You need support, but asking for it is hard.
What sessions can feel like
You get a say in how this goes.
We’ll identify goals together and check in about what is helping. Sessions can include talking through your week, noticing patterns, practicing a skill, or exploring a relationship that matters to you.
You can tell me when a question feels confusing, when you need a pause, or when a strategy isn’t working. That feedback helps shape our work.
For parents & caregivers
Connection starts with understanding.
Supporting a neurodivergent teen can bring questions about communication, routines, school demands, and growing independence. When appropriate, we can discuss how caregivers can support the teen’s goals and reduce everyday friction.
At the beginning of treatment, we’ll review consent, confidentiality, its limits, and how caregiver participation will work based on the teen’s needs and applicable requirements. The teen’s voice remains central.
